This tiny house called the "Studio" (250 square feet) has a great location 1+ mile to South Beach, 3 miles to historic Edgartown center.
Its a very rustic and cozy little place in a very private location, surrounded by woods and a short walk to the pond.
There is no Wifi so unplug, relax and enjoy this naturally gorgeous spot!
The Studio does have a composting toilet, it's modern and doesn't smell.
The Studio comes with access to Edgartown Great Pond with Kayaks available for your use.

The space
This space is small! Tiny living! It has a little kitchen area with a sink, three burner gas stove top, medium sized fridge (apartment sized, not a mini fridge) and a microwave. No oven. There is a bathroom with an indoor shower (there is also an outdoor shower) and composting toilet. There is one Queen bed, little indoor eating area and a deck outside with a table chairs and charcoal grill.
Also, there is no WiFi.

The neighborhood is incredibly lovely! The house is very privately situated and you drive through beautiful open fields, conservation land, garden and horse farm on your way in. The neighborhood is filled with the super wealthy and famous, if you ask, I'll tell you who the more well known neighbors are... The famous South Beach with the big waves is just a short 1 and a half miles away. The private great Pond access is just a short walk from the house, under 5 minutes with Kayaks available for your use.

I live near by so am available to help with any issues or answer any questions. Otherwise, you have your privacy. The little houses on the property are very private from each other. The Pond is a shared space so please be respectful. The policy with the Kayaks is first come first served.
