Exceptional rooftop studio with a commanding position in the lovely area Mar Mikhael area. Stay here, relax in serenity and enjoy your peaceful moments near a big swimming pool! This lovely Rooftop is a 3-floor walk-up, The entrance and pool are 100% private and exclusively yours.

The space
The listing has been developed with a concept of a small but fully functional and livable space, exposed to a beautiful terrace and a swimming pool.

The studio size is 20 m2 but it has everything you need to enjoy staying here; a spacious industrial bathroom and shower, a perfectly cozy bed, a small working desk and kitchenette counter.

The terrace is very spacious and has a nice bar, a dining table and a dazzling swimming pool, to completely chill and get yourself in the proper Beirut Mood.

Another strength of this studio is in its approximation to Beirut's main touristic hub, Mar Mikhail street but in also keeping a safe distance from the noise. You are walking distance from all the pubs and restaurants but at the same in a secluded street, if you wish to have a very quiet time.

There is everything in this place for you to enjoy yourself and have a memorable time. We ask you to kindly treat it with the respect it deserves as we put in tremendous time and effort to make it that way and to also respect our house rules: keeping it quiet as its a neighborly building and not hosting at anytime more than 6 people. House parties or big event are not allowed. We are very strict on this, we wish to keep this space for individuals or couples who are looking to spend a calm quality time.

Where you’ll be

Beirut, Beirut Governorate, Lebanon

This is a quite neighborhood right on the edge of Mar Mikhael street. It is actually quiet and secluded but at the same time walking distance from the restaurants and pubs so you can enjoy your stay quietly but still go on to party and have fun out there, like how a proper vacation should be.
