Your primary room features a King bed and bathroom ensuite with 2 sinks and a jetted tub. (2022) Custom blackout window shades covering your private access to the balcony overlooking the water with a glass-bottom balcony for an unobstructed view and a roomy walk-in closet, and smart Wall mounted TV.
The 2nd bedroom also features a King Bed and direct entrance to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with wall mounted smart TV; bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a full-sized bed with a wall mounted smart TV.
The elevator is accessible on all levels. You can use the full-size elevator or one flight of stairs down from the parking lot
All furniture was updated between the Fall of 2021 and the Winter of 2022! (if you remember the condo with the Red leather sofas, this is the one!)
The dining area accommodates 6 adults comfortable adjacent to a kitchen and Bar area that includes additional seating-the kitchen with updated pots, pans, and amenities you would use at home.
The Living room has 2 full leather reclining sofas with electric adjustment and lumbar support
You can enjoy dinner and drinks on the patio with a brand new Poly dining set ready for creating memories. A gas grill is also included on the deck for outdoor cooking.
The condo is centrally located to groceries (Diehrbergs within a - mile, Walmart, gas, and several restaurants within a short distance) and shopping.
