Amazing location! Great for business travelers as it is set up with work station. Entertainment at its finest! Walking distance across 5th st to The Streets of St Charles-14 ,restaurants, movie theater & shops! Minutes from Casinos, Old Town St Charles, Katy Trail, Lindenwood college, Convention Center & more! There have been some comments about smoke smell. There is no smoking allowed in my unit but neighbors smoke outside the front so some say they smell it.

Newly remodeled! 2 generous bedrooms upstairs, work/computer station/office supplies, full bath, Eat in kitchen, Living Area, Laundry, 1/2 bath on main level!
End unit. New patio and privacy fence recently installed.
Short ride to Lambert International Airport and Family Arena!
Couch in the living room has a lounge chair on one side (used to be both but someone broke it) PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS. We are attached on one side.

The townhouse is in a very, very convenient location in a neighborhood that is across the street from The Streets of St. Charles, not in the connected high rise. It is across the street in the area where the buildings are being rehabbed. Out with the old and in with the new. The outside looks a little rough as I only own some of the units and there is another landlord that doesn't do much. Inside is all rehabbed and There are private patios in the back that face a creek and woods. Everything from Old world charm of Main Street to the trendy area of Streets of St. Charles within walking distance or a short ride. If bike riding or walking/running is your thing. The Katy trail is right there also. Close to the convention center, family arena, Ameristar Casino, Lindenwood and more

I will most likely not be there but am available via phone and email. I do stay there occasionally when I come to town and I keep some condiments in the fridge and a couple misc items. You are welcome to use anything.
