Delightfully restored 2 bedroom Ground Floor Flat within a Victorian house. Lots of original features combined with modern luxury and a private garden.

The local area has a wealth of excellent restaurants, bars, and pubs within easy walking distance.

Situated 5 minutes walk from Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line and Overground stations. This the perfect location for exploring London or for a Business trip with Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, Shoreditch and the City all just 10 minutes ride away.

The space
Our large, airy and light Victoria apartment has a gorgeous living room with high ceilings, oak parquet floor, 2 comfortable sofas, a large Victorian partner desk with a leather office chair, tons of character and original features, 100mb High speed WiFi plus a 40” Flatscreen TV with Netflix.

Spacious kitchen diner which opens on the garden has all the modern amenities you could need including, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice plus the all important Nespresso coffee machine. Fully stocked with pot, pans and cooking utensils and with dining space for 4 it’s a great space to cook and eat. There’s also an amazon Echo to provide music news and weather.... just say Alex play me some music!

The cosy and comfortable master bedroom has Solid ash flooring, calming colours and a funky flamingo feature wall. The 165cm kingsize bed has a luxurious sprung mattress and 200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. There’s another Amazon echo spot for music info and alarm calls.... just say Alexa set an alarm for 8am!

The second bedroom is large and airy, has a full size 140cm double sofa bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort. Solid Ash floor, calm neutral colours and blackout blinds make for a peaceful night sleep. There’s also a baby bed suitable for a child up to 2 years old if required.

Modern luxury bathroom with powerful overhead rain shower and hand held shower over a large bath tub. Natural stone floor and designer porcelain wall tiles with an industrial style heated mirror over large basin.

Sunny private garden space with lots of plant and plenty of seating is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in London!

Situated in a quiet tree lined street just minutes from Highbury and Islington station the location is perfect for exploring London.

Within a few minutes walk there‘s great selection of fantastic restaurants including traditional Fish and Chips, Italian, Chinese, Malaysia, Ethiopian not to mention the best pizza in north London but be prepared to queue as people come from miles around to sample theses doughy Neapolitan delights!

There’s also some great traditional pubs perfect for a pint on the way home and a well stocked grocery store which is open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week! It also sells the best fresh bread baked daily!

If the weathers good grab a coffee and a croissant from one of the local independent coffee shops and head to Highbury fields just a 2 min walk from our apartment and sit and watch the joggers and dog walkers while you plan your day in London.
