Located minutes off the Coquihalla and Hwy 97 in Glenrosa, West Kelowna. This large, 1200 sq ft suite offers a kitchenette, BBQ, king bedroom, twin bed, private keypad entrance, large windows and a roomy patio all with terrific views.

West Kelowna is home to world class wineries, beaches, fruit stands, golf, farmers markets, and nature trails. Our place is perfect for couples or friends.

We are licenced (#8641) and ready for you to enjoy the Okanagan!

The space
This large ground level, lower floor suite is fully air conditioned. It provides a great kitchenette (see picture for full details), BBQ, roomy modern living area with fireplace, big screen TV with cable & Netflix, and full bathtub with shower. All of the windows in the suite are large. The windows and the patio overlook a terrific view of the valley, mountains and the lake.

The large master bedroom welcomes you with a very comfortable king size bed. There are tables for suitcases, chairs. a selection of pillows as well as blackout curtains for your sleeping pleasure. Outside of the bedroom, in the common area, is two comfy twin beds and blackout curtains as well.

The roomy, outdoor patio is both covered and uncovered and is a great place to lounge and enjoy the view. There is a BBQ, anorak style chairs as well as a separate table with 4 chairs to dine or play games at. The entire backyard is for your own private use, store gear and bikes.

As mentioned, West Kelowna has plenty to offer. Peachland to the south, is a 10 minute drive and has quaint restaurants, beach side walking trail, zipline, swim bay and Sunday farmers/craft market. Kelowna is a 25 minute drive to the north with the airport an additional 15 minutes. Penticton and the Naramata wine region is a scenic 35 minute drive to the south.

Living upstairs is 2 adults. As this is a lower floor suite, sounds can transfer from upstairs, although we strive to be as quiet as possible.
