Welcome to Muskoka River House. This unique, 4-season cottage is surrounded by water, wildlife, the beauty of Muskoka & the amenities of your own private resort.

Watch sunsets & stars in the riverside hot tub, swim & relax by the pool, kayak the Severn River or roast marshmallows by the fire. All with modern cottage style, incl. gas fireplace, cook's kitchen & ping pong table.

A few highlights:
• Close to the water's edge, this 4-season Muskoka retreat is nestled at the end of a tree-lined road.
• The 6-person, riverside hot tub is a direct walk-out from the warmth of the cozy den. Covered under a gazebo, with seasonal mosquito nets, enjoy it rain, snow or shine. It's amazing all year round.
• In-ground, salt-water pool is a delicious summer treat. Open mid-June to mid-September.
• Take one of the kayaks for a tour of the Severn River. Explore around the nearby island, up the river for great fishing or down the creek to the beaver dam (seasonal).
• Outdoor fire pit & indoor gas fireplace, to always keep toasty
• Full-sized, Joola ping-pong table for some indoor competition
• Seasonal badminton & basketball nets take the competition outdoors
• Wildlife at your doorstep. Birds, beavers & otters love the creek. Chipmunks are our unofficial mascots.
• Easily accessible, approx. 90 min from the 401 in Toronto & just 7 minutes off Highway 11 (or 12 minutes past the iconic Weber’s Burgers!).
• Keyless, self-check-in with smart lock, for easy access

• The maximum occupancy is 6 people, inclusive of children 2+ yrs old. All guests must be registered on the Airbnb app.
• We are no longer accepting reservations for additional guests. An additional $250 per person/per night will be charged for non-registered guests.
• The river house is our family's home-away-from-home, that we share, so we ask that guests abide by the guest limits, house rules & treat it with care. Please be respectful of our neighbours & sound levels. Although we have great amenities, NO PARTIES allowed. This is a residential area with Neighbourhood Watch.
• We have a no-pet policy. Please, you do not need to ask. We appreciate that there are many great pets but we do not make exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
