Private ocean-front home on bluff with unobstructed ocean views above Irish Beach. First-class amenities and furnishings to sleep six. Watch whales and sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. A spectacular getaway.

The space
The house and property are at the edge of a bluff directly above private Irish Beach with beautiful 180-degree ocean and beach views to the west and south along Irish Beach and the Mendocino County coastline.

The house is quiet and private at the end of a cul-de-sac. The lots to the south (ours) and east are vacant, and to the north is a hedge screening the neighbor. It has a detached two-car garage (let us know if you want to use it).

The house is a fully furnished and stocked two bedroom and two full-bath residence. It has large skylights, high ceilings and hardwood floors. All appliances are top-of-the-line brands. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, a Wolf range, wine refrigerator and a walnut-paneled breakfast area.

Bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and ample closet space, and there's a high-quality foldout sofa bed in the living area.

There is easy beach access by 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the private Irish Beach, which extends six miles to the south of the Irish Beach community.

From Irish Beach there is easy access to a wide variety of recreational activities in Mendocino County.

PETS: We welcome dogs. Request approval if you have more than 1. We charge a $95 fee for one dog and $150 for two. We will send dog rules upon booking and make a separate payment request after arrival. Ticks have been reported in the area and we recommend taking necessary precautions. We do not allow cats or other pets.

Wifi: The house has high-speed wifi and a reliable internet provider. The network easily handles video (Zoom and other providers) and voice communications.

The area does not permit RV or camper hookups.

The house is in a small residential area with well-separated homes. The town of Manchester is 5 minutes to the south and has a full market and hardware store. Point Arena is 15 minutes south with restaurants and the beautiful Point Arena lighthouse. To the north are Elk, Albion and then Mendocino (40 minutes). 40 minutes away is the Anderson Valley, an up-and-coming wine growing region. There are numerous hiking trails and beaches nearby. Other activities can be easily found online.
