The central location makes it very easy to get around. By car it is only 4 min to Admiralty way where you can enjoy a lot of different restaurants, lounges and bars.

ELECTRICTY:
There is 24/7 power supply supported by solar panels. This means that if there is no general power supply form the utility company the sockets, lights, fridge/freezer, microwave, fan and TV will still work! If there is general power supply you can also use the air-conditioners, washing machine and tools with heating elements. There is guaranteed general power supply from 7pm to 7am (estate generator) so you can always spend your evenings and nights in a comfortable temperature.

The apartment is located in a gated community. There is also a caretaker that stays in the compound.
The location is central, very close to the express. Just outside of the estate are a couple of shops (supermarket, pharmacy etc) and a health clinic.
