Room 1 - Set up as the main bedroom with a King Bed (can be split into 2 single beds on request)

Room 2 - Set up as your own private lounge/office. Desk and Smart TV included. Sofa bed is set up for guests 3/4 or if 2 guests want separate rooms.

We are centrally located just minutes from Hagley Park & CBD, Westfield Mall, Tower Junction/Railway Station, Horncastle Arena/Stadium and the University.

The space
As noted above you will have exclusive use of 2 bedrooms and private 4 piece bathroom (located all together) on the upper level of our home. We live in a modern 4 bedroom townhouse centrally located in Christchurch. Our home is warm, newer construction and immaculately clean. Rooms have been equipped with modern high quality furnishings for your comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: Use of the main kitchen, laundry and other main living areas of the home are not included in the booking.

Riccarton is a busy suburb located west of the Christchurch CBD off Hagley Park close to everything you will need. You will find an abundance of restaurants and activities on Riccarton Road (5-10min walk). Westfield mall is just a few steps away. We are an excellent location to the catch the train at the Christchurch Railway Station in Tower junction and have excellent access to the central city.

Saturday mornings you are just a 10min walk to the Riccarton Bush Farmers Market.

We are a young and energetic couple that loves to travel. Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta Canada I moved to Christchurch, New Zealand in 2014. I now call New Zealand home.

My Fiancée Rosana is from Cordoba, Argentina and has lived in New Zealand for 15 years.

Between the two of us we have traveled all across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Canada, USA, Asia and South America.

New Zealand is a small and beautiful country and we know almost every piece of the South Island. So don’t be afraid to ask for any tips we’d be happy to help.
