A luxury 2 bedroom cottage at Blue Water Acres resort on Lake of Bays with many amenities. For the lover of outdoors, the cottage is close to Algonquin Park, while ski lovers are less than 10 minutes from Hidden Valley ski resort.

The cottage includes a king bed in the master and a double/bunk bed in the second bedroom. Two full washrooms with heated flooring and also has parking for up to 3 cars on its own driveway.

The space
Summer offers a sandy beach, perfect for kids with access to swimming, canoeing and kayaking in shallow water. Kayaks and paddle boats are provided free of charge to use. There's also an outdoor kids playground, soccer field and tennis courts.

Winter offers a skating rink, snow tubing hill, snowshoeing, playground and activities center. Additionally, guest are welcome to use the indoor pool and hot tub, which is open year round.

All year, outdoor lovers have private hiking trails. Just remember to rent some snow shoes at the resort office during the winter if your don't have your own :).

My brother and I have young families and purchased this resort cottage to enjoy family cottage retreats. However, we would like to share our cottage with other young families when we do not plan on utilizing the cottage.

There is a resort manager and staff on site daily from 9am - 5pm. If you need assistance after-hours, you can reach them on their after hours line. My brother and I are also available should you need any help :).
