Very quite, lightly and panoramic flat in the very heart of Dolomites Alps, in Fassa Valley, paradise for climbing, trekking and skiing. The house is 300 meters from a bike trail and footpath along the river from Cavalese to Canazei (25 miles) and from a new spa center. Close to minigolf, horse rides and night skiing sloop. You can walk to the cable car to Catinaccio. The house is close to bus and ski bus stop. Ten minutes walk to the center and shops, supermarkets, bar and restaurants.

The space
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with window and a large balcony. A cot for baby is available. The tourist tax of 1 euro per person over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 nights is to be paid locally.

The house in very quite, into the fields, nearby a river. The big terrace is ideal for sun bathing, reading and playing (for children). Big windows allow you to admire the landscapes and to have a lot of light inside. You have a private car park under the house.

The house is located near the sports field and a few minutes walk from the center. To visit the beautiful Museum of Ladin culture and its well-stocked library. In the village there is also a municipal library. Cultural, musical and Ladin folklore events are organized both in summer and in winter by the Fassa community.

During summer and winter season, the loco community organizes cultural and folkloristic events. All area in ideal for bike tours. The last week of january in Val di Fassa takes place the Marcialonga, international cross country ski race.
