Our daylight basement provides you with your own private bedroom and a bathroom just across the hall. It has a queen size bed and a table for dining/working. You have your own fridge and microwave, plus a TV with netflix inside the room. We live on a peaceful street & guests can park in driveway. Easy highway access and everything (walmart, fastfood, stores and mall etc.) is within 5 to 15 min drive. MCI Airport is 30 min away.

The space
This a daylight basement so it can be really dark at night but with streaks of light coming from the windows during the day. Being a basement room, temperature is more on the cooler side, thus, space heater is provided. It has an aesthetic fireplace that lights up, but with no heat. You need to get out of the bedroom to go to the bathroom, which is a few steps across the hall. You may hear footsteps and other sounds normal when you live with others, but it should not be loud. Bedtime is quiet though, which makes this very ideal for people who are looking for a place to sleep after being around Kansas the whole day. Should you need to estimate how far our house is to your place/s of interest, you may use Skyzone Trampoline Park Shawnee as reference. We are around that area.
