Lake of Bays cottage with dock, 441 feet of lake frontage. Excellent swimming, boating, fishing. Cottage is comfortable, well-equipped. Kitchen has all the tools. Open concept living, dining area. Barbecue, wood stove, canoe and rowboat for your use. Potable water. Full bathroom with shower/tub. 2 private bedrooms, each with queen bed. Two other sleeping areas - bunk beds in an alcove and sun porch with double futon. Summer rental by week with Sunday check-in. Offseason 4 night minimum.

The space
The cottage and surrounding property feels like a little piece of heaven on earth. Guests enjoy the privacy afforded by the large waterfront. The gorgeous pine trees give off a scent which is scientifically proven to promote relaxation. Take a deep breath when you arrive and begin to unwind, settle in, appreciate the magnificent views and eventually, the stunning sunset. Take a "dock day" and do nothing but read and swim, or get active in the canoe, hiking, walking to Baysville or visiting the many artisans in the area. Baysville is less than a kilometre away and has general stores, gas, chip truck, liquor store, art gallery, Cast Iron Restaurant, kitchen store, library, park with playground, Miss Nellie's for ice cream, fancy coffee and treats. Yummies in a Jar for gourmet treats and jams.
The open concept living, dining and kitchen area has lovely views of the lake through new windows installed in 2019. The living room is comfortable and cosy. The dining table seats 8. There is a booster-style high chair for young guests.
The kitchen has every convenience including dishwasher, microwave, blender, food processor, various coffee makers (espresso, drip, single serve), pots and pans, lots of cutlery, baking dishes, tea pot, platters, serving utensils.

The cottage is located approximately 1 km from the village of Baysville, where there are amenities such as craft brewery, ice cream shop, general stores, gas station, excellent restaurant (The Castiron Grill), specialty stores such as kitchen and antique shops. Bracebridge and Huntsville are each a half hour drive, for larger grocery stores and more exploring.
