2. Smoking IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the apartment. Violating this golden rule will be grounds for immediate eviction from the apartment without a monetary refund.

3. NO PETS, NO VISITS, NO MEETINGS, NO PARTIES. Failure to comply with this will result in eviction from the room. Out of respect for the other guests we ask you to moderate the noise after 10:00 pm.

4. We do not have parking, but there are many parking spaces on the sidewalk just outside the apartment.

5. You will notice that there is a yellow strip painted on the sidewalk, that means it is an exclusive parking lot, unrelated to us, please DO not PARK in that space, if you do so... your car could be towed and you would receive a traffic fine. I ask you very much to respect that parking space.

6. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we do ask you for help in washing the dishes, pans and other utensils you may use.

7. Towels are solely and exclusively for your body drying, please DO not use them for cleaning or removing makeup, avoid the penalty of generating an additional cleaning fee of at least $200.00 for each stained or missing towel.
