Luxury retreat with stunning views, outdoor spa, in an elegant newly constructed San Miguel masterpiece. Perfect San Miguel location just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to downtown parks, shopping, churches, and fine dinning.
Our home is tucked into a quiet street in the San Antonio neighborhood. This neighborhood is known for it's authenticity, filled with a mix of local Mexican families and friendly ex-pats.

The space
This space offers a large bedroom (luxury king sized bed with heated mattress pads) and bathroom with atrium view and walk in closet.

In addition, the great room has a large modern kitchen with full sized appliances, custom large dinning table (seats 8 easily), living room with fireplace and 65 inch TV.

The living room has a very large sofa and an adjacent private outdoor patio.

Renters of this unit are encouraged to use the roof terrace with amazing spa, outdoor fire pit with built in outdoor sofa. full bathroom, and outdoor kitchen.
