Azula Maya Studios (azulamaya.com) is a building with 7 fully equipped studios for rent in downtown Playa del Carmen. Very clean and comfortable, they are also well located (close to 5th Avenue, the beach and all services).

The area is very quiet and safe and only a 2 minute walk from Avenida 30 which is very lively. The site is managed by Canadians who have only one objective: to make you spend a dream vacation. Welcome to your home!

Perfect for those who want to discover Playa del Carmen. Near Av. 30 - excellent food for a fraction of the price compared to 5th Avenue.

The studios are located in the city center, close to all services. You will find a multitude of restaurants and shops just steps from the building. There are organic grocery stores, local markets and a Walmart nearby. The area is typical and quiet. Very safe area.

You are 45 min from all cultural and aquatic activities like Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Tulum, Akumal, cenotes etc.
