The Mondrian Garden Loft is inspired by the famous dutch painter and his exquisite paintings. The open plan loft-styled apartment is approximately 100m2 and has the best possible location you could enjoy in the heart of Tirana. Everything is less than 5 minutes away!

Featuring a large winter garden which opens up completely to the outdoors, the loft is full of natural light. The loft has plenty of desk space and office amenities and is perfect for traveling professionals and digital nomads.

The space
The loft is located on the second floor above ground on one of the main streets of the "Bllok" area, which is where most of the Tirana social life bustles. The windows and balcony face west towards the interior of the block, which means less noise, and more sunlight.
The kitchen is fully furnished and at your disposal.
The bathroom was just renovated in April 2018 and looks fantastic. You'll feel like you're on the moon!
The outdoor area hosts an indoor garden and is perfect for relaxing or Zoom meeting backgrounds.
The owner is an architect and designer and has built the place with his own hands... You can tell!

P.S: The outdoor area comes with a massage chair which will help you relax while enjoying our beautiful plants :)

The Pyramid, The National History Museum, The National Art Gallery and the Artificial Lake are all less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Loft. You will find a list of our favourite bars, restaurants and "Must Visit" places when we meet.
