The room is located in the basement of our house from 1920. It is a charming house in a very nice street in the green part of the center of Hannover. There are several different ways to reach Messe + Innenstadt. Various restaurants are close.
There is also a bike available- for free and free parking area in front of the house.
The room has garden access and is for 1 guest, if required (for example, two business partners), a second guest can rent an apartment on the mezzanine floor (see listing).

The space
The room is small but very charming. You just feel comfortable. The bathroom is ensuite - you do not have a hallway, which is very convenient and also provides security.

Our street resembles an avenue with its chestnut trees and old houses from the 1920s. It is a very safe residential area with many well-off families.
The road is traffic-calmed because it was declared a bicycle lane.
Here you live green and quiet and still in the middle of the city.
