With an area of 350 square meters, the house offers 6 spacious rooms- each furnished with a king sized bed, A/C, ceiling fans, safe boxes, a private bathroom; 5 of them with internal patio, and 3 with outdoor shower. It also comes with an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with guest bathroom.

The house has a 180 square meter terrace with ocean view, direct beach access, swimming pool, Argentinian-style BBQ grill, outdoor shower, board and beach games, and living room with guest bathroom.
