Me and My Wife Kazuko have been all over the world an d traveled in our early years and understand the needs of the guest since we have been there and done that zillions of times. I was originally born and raised in Italy in one of the most beautiful Island in the world, Sardinia, where people are truly genuine sincere and frank. My wife Kay she was born and raised in Japan. We met in Kenya Africa, fell in love, and then traveled together in around 15 countries in Africa and several other countries in Europe and North & South America. We married in Japan in 1981 and we are still together all these years. Our Honey moon was a round trip around the world overland. And did just that. Started in Japan, through the Soviet Union, Europe, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Canary Island where we started our journey across the Atlantic in a 40' sail boat with the Alisee winds sailing Down to Green Cap island and across the Atlantic landing in the Caribbean Island of Martinique. Sailed to Guadalupe to several islands there, Antigua and the US Virgin islands and to Fort Lauderdale. We visited around 28 US States and finally settled in Las Vegas in 1985. We have 3 beautiful grown up children all mature and out of our house.
Rest assure that you will receive the up-most attention from us before-during and after your stay in our home where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility. In 2013 we adopted a nice terrier mix small dog that is adorable and a great friend and body guard at the same time. We don't smoke and the houses are smoke free. We take care of our home. I also have been a successful entrepreneur and real estate agent and investor and still active today mainly for helping close friends and referrals and grabbing good deals for myself. I addition i love soccer as I grew up with the sport and volunteered in the US Youth programs for many years and today still involved in running an adult soccer league. Wife Kay is a house maker and her Japanese traditional morals makes her the most sweet person in the world you would like to meet with an impressive kindness and politeness that is one of the kind showing the true meaning of hospitality. Once you have been guest with us for few days you will bring home great memories that are priceless. We are friendly and anything we can do for you to make you stay in our home it will be one of our main priority.
We are very quiet and keep noises to a minimum here in our house. However I love all sort of music from Classic to Rock and roll, Jazz, Blues etc. Not to much into rap and some of the newer stuff but in general music is always Karma . We enjoy to go out on the town to see bands and other shows almost every week-ends and love everything about it. We could share some of these experiences with our guests as opportunities offer. We like nice dining as well and not too difficult when it comes to culinary cuisine, but a nice BBQ in our tropical backyard is something that can be unforgettable anytime. Also we are multilingual. I speak English of course, Italian, Spanish and French Fluently and Kay speaks Japanese as well as English. So if you are from these countries we can speak your language as well.
