Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.

The space
The studio is equipped with a super comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full single bed in just a few steps.
There are two small "Romeo and Juliet" style balconies in the living room as well as a large balcony towards the inner courtyard.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge as well as dishwasher and a Nespresso machine (as well as an espresso cooker for the espresso lovers).
The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and toilet.
