The extremely clean and spacious private lower level of my house is waiting for you to enjoy. The space will absolutely exceed expectations. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood between Kalamazoo and Portage. Very close to Western Michigan University and K-College. Only 3mins from I-94, only 10mins to downtown Kzoo and 6mins to Portage. Perfect location for just about everything!

The space
Extremely clean and comfortable private space to relax in, while enjoying great views overlooking a pond. A nice sized living room as well as a full kitchen is ready for your stay. The large bedroom has a closet, dresser and queen bed. A private bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The pantry contains a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. Apple TV’s are located in both the living room and bedroom for your streaming enjoyment. Private entrance has a keypad door lock. WiFi.
