This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath comfortable apartment located in downtown of Rocky Point, just 1 block from Benito Juarez Boulevard. Full size bed, cable TV in bedroom, shower with hot water. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, also washer and dryer. Living room has also TV with cable. Extra people are allowed with an additional cost of 20 dolllars per person per night.

The space
It has a privileged location, very close to everything: restaurants, churches, banks, pharmacies, hospitals, government offices. Bars and party on famous Calle 13 are only 3 minutes driving.
