Freedom... Perfect for escaping to the beach just down the mountain. Or to one of the few amazing local towns where you can swim with the whale-sharks, discover desert waterfalls, or enjoy a beautiful celebrity or local restaurant. Cabo / Mexico is a wow... Now you can just go, play, relax, discover, and fall in love with Mexico :).

RENTING A CAR IN CABO - DON'T BE DUPED.
Yes, you can rent a rental car on Expedia for $1 a day, but what they don't tell you is that you will need to pay around $70 - $80 a day in insurance. This "bait-n-switch" often frustrates guests so just book Casa Montana as we have already taken care of everything... Like your car :).

As you drive up the only road here in El Tule, at the very top of the mountain, sits your beautiful home, Casa Montana. (Mountain House in English). Let us describe it for you.......
You enter the home at ground level into an open courtyard filled with lush tropical plants. Proceed up the stairs to your beautiful luxury residence. This is truly “the million-dollar view”.....a full panorama of the mountains, beaches, and, of course, the Sea of Cortez. You can watch the whales right from your Bed or terrace.

This Ocean View Residence has two master suites.

A large room with a beautiful king-size bed. Two comfortable upholstered chairs with your own TV. Your suite includes a three-piece bathroom with Italian marble shower walls and a granite counter with a stone bowl sink. Also included is a walk-in dressing room with closets, drawers, and a large mirror.
There are large glass doors that open to your own small but private terrace with that “killer view”. Air conditioning will keep you comfortable in the warmer seasons. Beautifully decorated, you’ll feel at home as soon as you enter.

You’ll know why we gave it that name the second you step into the room. Two sliding “barn style” doors open to a very modern space with full glass sliding doors that pocket to the side giving you access to the large terrace that covers the entire front of your residence. What also makes this room so unique is the giant one-way privacy window. You can shower, brush your teeth, etc. with a full view of the ocean. This space also includes a walk-in dressing room with closets and drawers and a full-length mirror. The granite counter has two stone bowl sinks and the shower has Italian marble walls. Your king bed faces the Sea of Cortez so you can watch the whales right from your pillow.

This kitchen space is spectacular with a full view of the ocean and fully equipped with brand new appliances including fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, electric coffee pot, electric kettle, blender, and dishwasher. It comes with pots and pans for meal preparation and table settings for four. Guests can eat at the granite counter or enjoy their meals out on the terrace. The fridge will be stocked with breakfast food when you arrive.

At the very bottom of the Baja Peninsula is this place known as Cabo. There are two major towns in this region situated 30 kilometres from each other. The town of Cabo San Lucas is at “lands end” and up the coast to the east is San Jose del Cabo. Located right in the middle between these two towns is a small but growing community called El Tule (pronounced, El Toolay). This conveniently puts us close at hand to all the attractions in our area. Starting with coffee in the mornings, it is just a three minute drive down the mountain to Casa Bonita where Norma has a selection of coffee, tea, and pastries.
Living at the ocean, sea food is a big favourite down here.....

We are Bill and Sheila originally from near Toronto, Canada. We are now loving our life in Cabo and so pleased to offer you a luxurious residence located on top of a mountain here in El Tule. The ocean and desert views are spectacular; and we’re just minutes away from some fabulous beaches! You’ll find the refrigerator supplied with breakfast groceries and should you desire to prepare your own meals, you can do so in the fully functional kitchen. Included in your stay is a brand new rental car which is packed with beach and snorkeling equipment. We’ll be available to answer your questions and guide you so you feel like a local!
