This is a delightful bedroom with a king single bed.
You have your own bathroom and toilet.
A door in the hall can be closed to keep yourselves private . A key for the front door is available for your use for stays over one night. We use the back door.
The next door bedroom are also for rent.
Use of the kitchen and TV in the kitchen is fine. Free breakfast is available.
Please ask to use other rooms and the washing machine.
Please park in front of the house, which is close to your room.

The space
You will have a great view of the garden from your window.
There is a night store heater and heat duct from our lounge fire just outside your door so you will be as 'warm as toast' in winter.

During your stay

We are working during the day but can keep in contact after hours. I am a teacher so I have 6 weeks off over Christmas and New Year.

We are a normal busy functioning farm/home so we do have our own friends coming to the house.

No late night showers please. Water restrictions apply in summer thanks.
