Our wonderful brand new apartment in Parahyangan Residences is located at the top floor of the Tower Papandayan building. It’s very close from Bandung's top tourist destination like Cihampelas Ciwalk, Dago, PVJ, Setiabudhi, Lembang. From our 20th floor balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Tangkuban Perahu Mt and feel the fresh air of North Bandung. The facilities you can access including Pool, Food Court, etc.

This apartment is set up for self chek in so you can be flexible in your check in time. You will receive the check in guide after the booking process is finished. The code for the lockbox will be given closer to the reservation date. Inside the lockbox you will get One (1) key and One (1) access card for elevator.

In case of emergency, there is intercom in the unit with 24 hr access to the lobby.

Alteration request will only be accepted ONE time and 7 days before the original booking date.

If you book our unit for someone else, it is important to make sure they know the house rules and check in instructions. Since the instructions can only be opened on airbnb account that booked the unit, you will have to pass or photo capture all the steps.

Please respect the check in / check out schedule. We will only give the code on the booking day after the unit is ready on airbnb message only.
