*Please note that the property is partly airconditioned at the moment. Four out of the six bedrooms are fully airconditioned. All the rooms including communal areas are well ventilated and have ceiling fans.

The space
The Mayfair is a large 6 bed modern villa over three floors features a large living space and a modern kitchen on the ground floor, a family area on the second floor for those moments when you just want to put your feet up and on the third floor you will find a sports room equipped with table tennis and various other board games to keep you and your family entertained out of the sun. Next to this is the roof top terrace where you will have the sun all day and hangout in the evening.

Sreemangal is a quiet beautiful town on a hilly area in Sylhet, covered with over 35 tea gardens, producing a large portion of the world’s highest quality tea.

The Lawachara National Park, Madhobpur Lake, Baikka Beel, Monipuri and Khashia tribal villages and the famous seven layer colour tea cabin are also in Sreemangal and make great tourist attractions. The

Madhabkunda waterfall- the highest waterfall in Bangladesh and Ratargul Swamp Forest are also great daytrips from Sreemangal. The people of this town are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
