Kosy Kapfers (20mins from IBK) is a stylish, funky & super cosy 35m2 basement flat in the Stubaital (front entrance is shared). Superking pine bedroom; small well-equipped kitchen w. dining table, sofa bed; floor-heated bathroom & access to the laundry & garden. Outside, a private sauna! Netflix (EN & DE), Prime, boardgames/ darts, SNES & music (Alexa & unlimited Spotify) are included. Public transport is available, but a car is advisable.

The space
You get your own floor within my house (the lower ground floor, accessed via shared entrance whereby you need to walk through my kitchen), with access to our little garden with stunning valley views (limited) or the forest immediately behind the house for spectacular panoramic scenery. Although there are windows which let in light, you'll unfortunately get no views from them.

Important to note:
If you're looking for a really cosy sanctuary with plenty of entertainment and relaxation options after a day in the mountains, then Kosy Kapfers is for you! It is perfect for evenings in, but not ideal if you want to spend a lot of the daytime inside as the fact it is lower ground might not be for you. If you'd prefer a simpler place with more outdoor space, light and bright, then I'd recommend elsewhere. Kosy Kapfers is a place to unwind and re-energise after a day outdoors, with all the comforts of home.

The house backs directly onto the the forest, with fantastic bike, running and hiking trails literally on our doorstep. Plus, in winter you can ski tour from the back door, or rodel (sled) on the prepared track.

The valley has 4 ski resorts all accessible via car (short drive) or free ski buses from the town centre (5-10min walk up-downhill). However, Schlick 2000 has a bus stop 2 mins from the house during ski season.

Innsbruck is 20 mins by car, or 50 mins via the scenic tram.

The location is hard to beat. It's nestled within one of Austria's most spectacular valleys, Stubaital, and surrounded by some of the country's highest peaks. Telfes im Stubai (where kosy kapfers is located) is the sunniest village in the valley and the start of some spectacular walks, rodel tracks and access to all 4 ski resorts. It's a 20 minute drive from Innsbruck (dubbed 'the heart of the Alps'), or you can take the picturesque red tram directly from the village centre (50mins). The Stubaital is abundant with adventure activities of all kinds from skiing (4 resorts), floodlit sledding, hiking, Via Ferrata, paragliding, stunning lakes, waterfalls, a glacier with ice caves and a summer toboggan and mountain carting.

I live in the house but you won't be disturbed.

I do have access to the laundry room on your level (rare that I would need to access it during your stay), but your bedroom, kitchen, sauna and bathroom are exclusively for you.
