It is an 8 bedroom entire cottage and devided into two sections A 5 BHK front portion and a 3 Bhk both the section are separate and private and Each portion of the Cottage has an independent Living cum drawing room, a open air lounge area and a portion of the garden ( Front Garden is common ) and a Kitchen .

Heritage Villa is located in the lap of the Himalayas and has a mind boggling variety of flora and fauna. Guests can savour the heady pine and rose-scented air, the musical symphony of the various birds serenading nature, leaving them with a truly enchanting experience.

It is barely half a mile from the “Heart of Shimla” or the Shimla Mall. It is surrounded by the natural scenic scape of towering pine and deodar forests. Marley Villa is a heady mix of turn-of-the-century old world charm and a modern sensibility that caters to the needs of the present day traveller.

A peaceful 15 min walk from the Villa would lead you right to the Shimla Mall (Shimla Ridge). However, if our guest so wish not to walk we provide a pick and drop by chauffeurs to the Shimla Lift. (approx 6-8 min drive)
