Welcome to your home for now!
Very clean and cozy in a quiet West Lawrence neighborhood with your own private bathroom with a dual head shower. This space has creative lighting, a sprinkle of holiday cheer for the season and plenty of water and snacks. The couch and bed are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space.
It is close to the Brandon Woods community, the Arboretum nature park, the Bakers Wetlands, Clinton Lake, KU and freeways to take you outside of Lawrence. We are also a very short distance to Theatre Lawrence.
This is a great space for a couple’s getaway, hikers and bikers, a traveling nurse or professor, nature photographer or those visiting college kids and the great city of Lawrence.

PS. I just had an OXY 4 air purifier installed which will help clean air of bacteria, dust, viruses etc. and with the overall cleaning and sterilization.social distancing etc... we can be a little safer from this virus.

It is generally a quiet neighborhood and people are private. My neighbors right next door do hang out in their open garage so you will see them there from time to time. Occasionally there are friendly gatherings during holidays and weekends.
The KU campus is a 10 minute drive from here. You can take a 10 minute walk to the Arboretum to see, hear and feel nature and see all kinds of beautiful birds, trees and critters. It is great for nature photographs. And it is a 30 minute walk to Clinton Lake with hiking trails. Fishing and Biking too!
