The Mandara Lanai has beside it the Mandara Kauai, two condominiums on the seaside, with several blocks of apartments and a plentiful and well organized leisure structure. There is a restaurant in the condominium running for lunch and dinner on weekends and holidays, and poolside bar offering drinks and snacks, as well as food trucks next to the football pitch.

There are gas stations with convenience store, bakery, various stores, pharmacy, grocery stores, snack bars, restaurants, construction material store in the Porto das Dunas region, as well as other beach structures such as the famous and large tourist complex Beach Park, Prainha and Praia do Japão, all close to Mandara Lanai.
