Beautiful renovated house in the centre of Alkmaar. Very quiet street but right in the city centre. About 60 square meters. Downstairs is a living room, kitchen and a small city-yard. Upstairs an office space, bathroom with toilet & shower and a bedroom with 2-person bed (140x190). Bedroom has a lovely view on the St. Laurentius church.
