Welcome to our modern, bright and cozy house located in the coastal area of Sopelana, in a quiet and well-connected urbanization with Bilbao at 15km, Getxo at 3km and airport is just 20km away.
300m away is metro line 1, which allows you to reach central Bilbao in 25min. 500m from the 2 beaches of Sopela and the beautiful walks along the spectacular cliffs along the sea. It is a property surrounded by a large garden, porch, heated pool and spectacular views.

The space
It has 4 rooms, all with built-in wardrobes or dressing room and 3 full bathrooms with towels, soaps and toilet paper. Distributed on the ground floor (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub) and first floor (1 room of 40m2, desk, dressing room and bathroom with shower).
The main room has 25m2 with dressing room and spacious and bright built-in bathroom. In the living room open to the porch, in addition to the lounge area with large L-shaped armchair there is a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and bright, open to the living room and porch and is fully equipped with Bosch high-end appliances; in addition to free WiFi in all stays , there are two LG 4K TVs with Smart TV, netflix and international channels also free. There is also LG music equipment with Bluetooth.
The house also has a laundry area with high-end Bosch washer and dryer and ironing area in the basement.
On the porch there is a Weber Genesis II gas barbecue next to a table and two benches for 8-10 people and a chill-out area where you can relax. There's also a sundeck area, a 6-by-3-meter heated saltwater pool with hammocks and hose to cool off by the garden.
The house is also perfect for the colder months thanks to the spectacular insulation of a Passivehauus standard house and the geothermally radiant floor.
Free parking is available nearby. However, if requested, there is a large garage space in the house completely free of charge.
Although not fully adapted for people with limited mobility, access to the home can be done by wheelchair, as well as moving around the home and accessing the shower, as the home is mainly on the ground floor. The garden could also be accessed with help because it is not fully adapted.
We usually leave beds made with multiple pillows in each room, toilet paper, soap and hand towels and shower in each bathroom for guests, coffee and breakfast on the first day as well. Even a few bottles of wine as a welcome.
