UPSTAIRS (320 sq. ft.) 2 queen beds
- romantic master Bedroom: mountain views in three directions, full en-suite with X-large jacuzzi tub and shower (separated with privacy curtain)
- open loft bedroom with privacy curtain

MAIN FLOOR (600 sq. ft.) 1 king size fold out couch OR separates into 2 singles
- two-storey windows let in natural light to the kitchen and living room (Kitchen tools, dishes, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker and cooking basics are included.)
- wood burning fireplace for après ski
- convenient hooks, hangers, shelving and heated floor space for all your gear
- half bath

DOWNSTAIRS (450 sq. ft.) 1 queen bed, 1 queen couch
- media room with its 400 inch projection screen for movies and gaming (DVD's, PS3, Netflix)
- foams AND/OR couch that can be made into a queen using the automans AND/OR bed cot in the media room
- private bedroom with queen bed and large closet
- full bathroom (tub/shower) and separate laundry room

THE YARD

- 500 ft deck including a covered, heated deck room perfect for morning coffee, dinner and deer watching

Everyone is welcome at Moonraker Mountain Mökki. Some hit the ski hill while others walk with wolves. Some stay in, curled up with a good book, game or friend while others take a hike to Canyon Creek and beyond. Choose to climb a mountain of ice, skidoo your dream, or explore where know one else would dare. Then, everyone comes back to enjoy the Mökki and the great company.

COVID 19 MEASURES:
- Professional cleaning company contracted once enhanced cleaning was required
* As a result of these cleaning parameters, the 4:00 pm check-in and 10:00 am check-out are needed.
- There are only a few games, books and sharable items in the mokki.
- We take out any open food or treats like baking goods, pickles, jam, peanut butter, garlic... (still have spices, oil, coffee in a pourable container, sugar, squeezable dressings).
- PLEASE strip your bedding and place it downstairs near the laundry room. THANKS

Golden, British Columbia, Canada

Nicholson is the name of our little area south of Golden. We have the cheapest gas in town and the Golden Eco-Adventure Ranch campground where you can walk for an ice-cream treat. The lazy Columbia River is one km down the road from the house. There, you can fish, wade or paddle/float into town. If you enjoy looking for rocks, the riverbed around Canyon Creek is 1.5 km away and fun for families. A hidden swimming gem is a 20 minute bike ride up and along Moonraker Mountain. This warm, secluded pond is utilized by a private campground (so no cars allowed). It is a perfect spot to dive in, swim out to the floating platform, and cool off part way through a ride. Did I mention friendly neighbours? We have those too! We can't wait to retire here!

We are Claire and Matt. Having three grown children, we wanted a special place to come together and eventually retire.
