The room has been painted recently and is very clean and the bathroom was renovated not too long ago. More importantly, however, are the surroundings. The house is in a very nice and quiet area with lots of forests around it, perfect for walks down to the beach. If you want to head in to the city, it is a ten minute walk to the subway and then only twenty minutes with the train.
