Escape to the serenity of the beach, wind, and waves. With an unparalleled beachfront view, Tranquility Base is the ideal place to relax, get away, and enjoy all that the gulf coast has to offer. Construction was completed on this exceptional beach front, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in October of 2017.

The space
Our house is furnished and decorated with comfort, relaxation, and convenience in mind. The living accommodations include:

- Living room: three big windows looking out to the ocean, a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, one couch, one sleeper sofa, and two swivel/reclining chairs

- Dining area: large table that seats eight, bar stool seating for eight, a high chair, and small toddler table with chairs

- Master bedroom: one king Tempur-Pedic bed, desk and chair with a beach view, large dresser, flat screen TV, private balcony, and private bathroom with a bathtub/shower

- 2nd bedroom: one king Restonic bed, two twin bunks, and a fold out twin lounger. Room also has flat screen TV, large closet, and roomy private bathroom with standing shower

- 3rd bedroom: one king Tempur-Pedic bed, dresser, closet, shared full bathroom, and private balcony

- 4th bedroom: two queen beds with two custom-built twin beds. Room also includes large closet, shared full bathroom, and private balcony

All bedrooms are spacious. A pack-n-play along with sheet is provided. The living room closet contains adult and children games and children's toys.
