Santo Antonio's House is a single unique property with 5 bedrooms, swimming pool in a beautiful pinewood area. Located in a pine forest and surrounded by lavender flowers, in Brejinho de Agua, a small village between Pinheiro da Cruz and Muda / Bicas, just 8 km from Carvalhal Village, 11 Km from Carvalhal Beach and Pego Beach and 15 Km from Comporta Village, known as a popular summer destination between the International jet-set.

The space
Santo Antonio's House is located in Brejinho de Agua, a small village between Pinheiro da Cruz and Muda / Bicas, just 8 km from Carvalhal Village and 11 Km from Carvalhal Beach and Pego Beach. Near Quinta do Brejinho da Costa a very known vineyard, this is a single unique property with 5 bedrooms (4 double bed and one with 3 single beds), 3 bathrooms (2 complete), swimming pool (salted water), with 5.000 mts of garden (with fruit trees and different vegetables and spices) and playground with arborism decks and slide, volleyball court, petanque court, and other diversions.
The house is turned into a pine forest with lots of privacy. No neighbors around. As the house in not close to any rice field, mosquitoes are not a major problem, the most common in this area. Even though the house is highly protected against them.

*HOUSE RULES:

1. Check-in: 16:30;
2. Check-out: 11:00;
3. From June 2nd until September 15th the minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday;
4. Maximum Occupancy: 11;
5. Minimum age of primary renter: 25;
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order;
7. Rental property may only exclusively be used for holiday purposes. Parties/events not allowed;
8. Any other person in the property invited by Guest is the sole responsibility of Guest;
9. Only use appliances for their intended uses
10. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads;
11. Open fires are not allowed by law. When using the BBQ/grill charcoal or grill coal must be used; all on the lessee’s risk;
12. Pets not allowed;
13. Smoking only outside the house;
14. Garbage has to be driven into containers outside the property by guests (1km max.);
15. Dishes should be washed before leaving;
16. If breaking or damaging something, please inform the homeowner in order to arrange for its replacement or repair;
17. Any food should be left out as will attract uninvited pests or animals;
18. All products in the Kitchen are available to be consumed and should be replaced in the end of the staying.
19. Guests shall allow homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner;
20. We suggest to bring beach towels. Towels or linens are not allowed to be taken from the units;
21. No children is permitted in the Trampoline, Slide or Swimming Pool without adult supervision. When using this facilities, remember there is a certain health risk associated with them. Use at your own risk. Jumping is not allowed in the swimming pool in order to avoid structures ruptures or accidents;
22. The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to €500. We do not recommend to drink tap water unless from the special tap in the kitchen with filtered and drinkable water;
23. Makeup remover wipes will be provided (in order to not use towels) as well as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.
24. A Pharmacy will be available for first aids. Specially Mosquito repellent. Any product consumed should be replaced. We highly recommend to have the doors and windows always closed/down in order to avoid insects to come into the house. Every window or outside door have a Mosquito protection that should be always on during day and night as they avoid any other insets to be inside the house. Mosquitos can be around in sunset. We highly recommend to be inside the house by this time and/or do not leave house without repellent;
25. Guests, but specially children, should not walk in the sand and on the field without shoes. All this area is very well known to have Lacraus (small Scorpions) that hide themselves under the stones and sand.
26. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise;
27. The property has a fire protection system. Information to manage it will be provided.
28. We will provide a House Manual with detailed information (emergency calls, restaurants, activities, etc…).

- Change of linens, towels and cleaning weekly;
- Pool maintenance weekly;
- Garden maintenance weekly;

*ADITIONAL SERVICES:
- Possibility of cleaning/cooking during the stay (for a fee).
