Walk along bluffs to beach. Convenient to town, UCSB bike trail. Free Parking. Morning coffee. Resident sweet kitty. No smoking/vaping inside/out.

Includes 12% County bed tax + $4.40 tourism fee/night. One security cam for driveway. Keyless self check-in, but I usually greet guests at first arrival.

The space
Private room and your own private bath, in a quiet, non-smoking environment. Very comfy bed (not daybed). We are located in the small area between the city of Santa Barbara, and Goleta (UCSB), with easy access to either, and a nearby bike path to both directions. There are many beaches in the area and More Mesa Beach is a nice walk across the mesa to the bluffs and down to the beach. There is free high-speed wi-fi , and a nice desk and large comfortable desk chair to complete work or browse the internet. Computer, 32" Smart TV (no cable tv provided- use your own apps) and DVD. One security cam for driveway.

It's a very quiet and safe area, with nice mountain views, and just a 15-20 minute pleasant walk to the beach across the mesa. You can walk for miles along the ocean on the bluffs. I have Santa Barbara guidebooks and maps for your use, and I'm most happy to answer any questions you may have.
