Lago Sagrado is a family rural property on the Copacabana peninsula - near the Tiquina Strait - on the shores of Lake Titicaca, in the community of Lojpaya, Bolivia. The lodging in our house is linked to all the natural and cultural assets of the community (fishing, farming, trekking, etc.). Thus, the visit to the country house is an opportunity to feel the cultural and social spirit existing in this andean region, where lodging is only the beginning.

The space
Located in the heart of Lake Titicaca (Bolivia), half an hour from Copacabana and / or Tiquina, and 120 km from La Paz (3 hours approximately). The region combines the peace of the lake, with the customs and traditions of its inhabitants, dedicated to agriculture (potatoes, beans, quinoa, corn), livestock (cattle and sheep) and fishing (trout, karachi). It is in the middle of pre-hispanic archaeological areas and treks (Tiahuanaco, Inca).

Hello! We are very happy to meet you here. We have been incredibly lucky to travel and explore some of the world's most wonderful places, and I think this initiative - the hostel - is a way to share a slice of my country with people from other parts of the world as well. We look forward to welcoming you!
