The main lounge has a stunning full height glass wall looking out onto the decking area and garden. Natural wood flooring throughout.
Beach, golf course, town, restaurants, cafes all within a few hundred metres.
Golfers, walk to Old Course 1st tee, it is just over 100m.
We presently adopt Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol.

The space
This is a modern property situated in an historic location. It sits within an ancient, private walled garden dating back more than 100 years.
This 'secret' garden location with no adjoining properties is perfect for golfers, families or groups of friends.
The lounge has a fabulous full height glass wall looking onto the garden. There is a decking area with table and chairs to enjoy the summer sun and a sip of wine.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own separate en-suite shower room.
One has a king size bed the other is a double bed.
The modern bright kitchen / dining area is fully equipped with everything required for self-catering.
Access to the sea front view is under 100m, where you will be looking across the famous and beautiful West Sands, Royal & Ancient golf courses and the famous Old Course championship 1st tee.
