Our beautiful and quiet neighborhood is a recovered and remodeled space from the 50’s. Each space is unique and private, it is located on the ground floor and its configuration is the same as in the 50’s, high ceilings, divided only by walls. The deck is a beautiful communal space. It is a "local" area and its perfect location for those who prefer to walk to tourist points such as Plaza Machado, Malecón, Beach, High Waves, Bars and Restaurants within a 12-minute walk.

The space
Our area is "local" with many tourists, however "NO" is a hotel zone. You travel through time by crossing the door and without disconnecting from daily life. You have wifi inside the suite and on the beautiful terrace. Our space was created for travelers seeking experience as locals and Mexican-style comfort, without losing the benefits of nearby tourist areas.

In the general areas is the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, jacuzzi and the entrance to the laundry area. The entrance to the neighborhood is through the hallway that still has the original iron door. We do not have private parking, but you can park on the street for free.

If you like to walk or bike in the morning you have a few blocks away the boardwalk where you will find people exercising.
if you like to swim in the morning at 7 am, next to the fisherman's monument it is the ideal area where many swim on the beach.
At night both downtown and in old Mazatlan, you can enjoy restaurants, bars and the unmissable walk through the remodeled downtown area.

We deliver our clean and equipped spaces to our guests, however we do not have hotel service or 24/7 support.

Guest access
Guest can access general areas such as the terrace, which has garden furniture, barbecue, jacuzzi and entrance to the laundry area. The entrance to the neighborhood is down the hallway that still retains the original blacksmith gate. We do not have parking, however, you can park on the street for free.

Terrace (quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
Jacuzzi (under reservation for one hour from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.)
Free laundry for stays longer than 3 days (reservation required).

*We do not have 24/7 assistance, however, it will be a pleasure to answer your questions or requests as soon as possible during the day.
*We are not hotel, we do not have lobby, doorman, cleaning or 24 hour maintenance service.
* We do not have customer service at night
*During the morning we do not answer messages or calls. If necessary and/or urgent we suggest calling the AIRBNB team that has 24hrs assistance
*Early check-in is allowed, however, we could not attend it in case of any doubt.
*Extra maid is extra charge
*for guest safety we always communicate through the Airbnb app
