Mid-Century Modern Guest House on a Working 12 Acre Family Homestead. Come enjoy a relaxing stay in the country just minutes from Waco's #1 rated restaurant (Cafe Homestead) and the Homestead Heritage Craft Village. We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Waco and Baylor...17 minutes to Magnolia. The house includes a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and induction cook top. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware and all kitchen essentials.

The space
Our generous coffee station includes two flavors of cream, multiple sweeteners (including Stevia), both regular and decaf coffee, a wide selection of herbal and caffeinated teas. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, make up remover, q-tips and a hair dryer. We can provide an iron by request. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE WIFI SERVICE IN THE HOME.

Home is nestled in a wooded area at the end of a 1/4 mile private driveway. It cannot be seen from the main road.

The guesthouse is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

We have been hosting on AirBnB for a about 3 years now and are SUPER excited about providing some of the best hospitality in Waco!

We have met some of the most interesting people these past few years. It seems like a vacation stay on a farm is attractive to some really special folks (you know who you are!).

While we are totally happy to give our guests complete privacy when they are in our guest house if that is what they want, it has been really incredible meeting some of the people that have stayed in our guesthouse this year. Some of my favorite times with guests have been on our little homestead tours. It seems like so many people desire to get back to a more simple country life and don't know where to start. We know how you feel!! We were total city slickers until just a few years ago. We have really enjoyed meeting the many people who feel a dream in their heart to do something a little different than they have always done.
