Guest House located on historic farm just outside Fayetteville, Texas. Trinity Farm features 2 stocked ponds, tennis court, cornhole course, gas fire pit, sweeping countryside views and plenty of peace and quiet. Guest house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and features a large front porch with handmade adirondack chairs, comfortable beds, quality linens and antiques.

The space
The Guest House has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a small sitting area (pictured) in one of the downstairs bedrooms and a large porch fully covered for gathering. A stocked coffee and wine bar (complete with coffee maker, cups, coffees, creamers, sweeteners, wine glasses and bottle opener, plates, silverware and a champagne bucket), a mini-fridge and microwave are provided for you.

PLEASE NOTE: this cottage does not have a kitchen or a separate living room. If a separate living area is important to you, we have another cottage on the property that has a living area (which can double as a 4th bedroom) in addition to three bedrooms and two baths. We are right by the historic Brethren Church and right around the corner from Las Brisas Farm wedding venue. Charming Fayetteville town square is an easy 5 minute drive. Every weekend there is something happening in one of the towns nearby!

My husband, Mike, and I took on this "fixer upper" in August 2016 and it quickly became a labor of love to restore it. We love the history of the place and the peace, quiet and small-town friendliness of the area and feel blessed to share it with family, friends and guests alike. We have a master improvements plan for the farm that will take years to complete, so every visit to Trinity Farm should be better than the last!

During the week, we will arrange for access but may not be at the farm. On weekends, we will be there to greet and will provide breakfast pastries from Hruska's on request.
