The space
This mountain home is the perfect place to get away! Bordering Laurel Hill State Park, the house boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, a great front porch for relaxing and a back deck that overlooks the large yard and state park that sits behind the property. Situated on three acres just two miles from seven springs and one mile from the main entrance of Laurel Hill State Park, there is plenty to keep you and your family and friends busy during your stay. Walk or bike directly from the house into Laurel Hill State park for the day or afternoon, take a quick drive to Seven Springs for skiing, entertainment, swimming and activities, visit Fallingwater, adventure in Ohiopyle, or head to the other side of the Mountain for all Ligonier has to offer.
Built in 2001, this home is classically decorated to give you that cabin feel with all the amenities you need. Enjoy beers and birds from the deck out back, roast marshmallows around the large fire pit, or play lawn games with your friends. Two car garage available upon request.
To clarify - the house has two Air Conditioning units, one in the main living area (which cools the majority of the house), and one in the master bedroom. Queen bedroom has a ceiling fan and third bedroom has a corner fan. There is not central air.
Most dogs permitted with $50 pet fee.
This property has been in the owner's family since 1957.

This home is in a great location for a weekend or week in the Laurel Mountains. Zero minutes from Laurel Hill State Park (hike in or drive one minute down the road to the main entrance), 3 minutes from Seven Springs, 10 minutes from Hidden Valley, 25 minutes to Ohio Pyle and Ligonier.
