Beachfront on the Sand and I have 30-day rentals! Sunset ocean views from your private lanai. Peaceful and somewhat secluded beach. Bright, cheery condo & queen bed in separate bedroom & fold-out full-sized futon in living room. Free parking, beach chairs. umbrella, & equipment, tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, golfing (20 mins). Play on the sand or hike the hills and check out the nearby tide pools. Guests have returned to the Hawaiian Princess like a second home for years!

The space
The beach view from your private lanai is breathtaking. Walk onto the sand from the saltwater pool or the barbecue deck. Listen to the waves lull you to sleep. Hike the hills within view alongside the ocean. Grab some groceries from the nearby market for a magical sunset dinner watching the surfers and sea turtles from your lanai. After all, it is known as Turtle Cove. It doesn't get much more relaxing than this. The Waianae Harbor is within view so you can watch the boats or join them for a wildlife cruise. No big crowds here. This bright Hawaiian condo has all the amenities with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, and a fully equipped "not too fancy" kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is air conditioning but you won't need it with the wide-open lanai and trade wind breezes. Parking is free and secured with 24-hour security. There are good local restaurants with fast and slow food or drive about 15 to 20 minutes down the road for the more populated tourist attractions and golf courses such as Ko Olina Resort. This place has everything for a relaxing or active vacation and a warm inviting comfy beach condo to return to.

This is a residential "old Hawaii" area with very few tourists. If you're looking for active nightlife, you can travel into Kapolei (15-20 minutes) or Waikiki (45 minutes). The Hawaiian Princess is laid back, family and couple-oriented with quiet evenings.

I have two cabins in my favorite little funky Alaska town of Talkeetna and have been in the tourism business as an Aircraft Charter owner and pilot for over 20 years. Alaska has been my home for over 30 years starting in Kenai, then Talkeetna, Anchorage, and in "The Valley" (Palmer/Wasilla area). I really enjoy seeing visitors have the best memories on their getaways here in Alaska. I also escape from the cold weather to my beach condo on the upper west coast of Oahu for some winter sunshine and offer that as a vacation rental. In the past, I've been a flight instructor and have flown out of Anchorage and in Talkeetna have flown Denali. I am always available for help with local activities as well as statewide flight information and local information on Oahu. I do whatever I can make a stay welcoming and comfortable as I look for the same thing when I travel. Travelers deserve a clean and cozy place to hang out and enjoy friends and family.
