Detached beachfront villa ‘Emeraude’, right on the beach surrounded by a private lush well kept tropical garden, is situated in a small complex of 10 private detached villas. The white sandy beach,3 steps down from garden, can be reached by a private access. The lagoon with a sandy beach is perfect for swimming and sun bathing and the sight of colorful fish and corals among the rocks (on the right) make snorkeling worthwhile.There is a private outdoor space, overlooking the ocean, for meals.

Ground floor: open plan kitchen/living/dining area with front porch, kitchen porch and car port. Shower room and toilet.Room with sea view, single bed, fan, office space, telephone (landline).
Pantry and washing machine(front loader) under staircase.
Upstairs: Main bedroom with balcony, attached bathroom & toilet. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with attached shower rooms and toilet. All 3 bedrooms have a sea view and air conditioning.
Kitchen appliances: built in gas stove, electric oven & extractor hood, microwave oven. Dishwasher. Oven toaster, pop up toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pannini maker, fridge/freezer, iron.
Outdoor furniture: Sun loungers with cushions, garden table and chairs, clothes horse, Weber barbecue set.

Situated on a quiet sandy beach of Palmar, near to golf courses, 5 star hotels and the island resort of Ile aux Cerfs. Restaurants and a convenience store
are in the nearby fishing villages of Trou d'Eau Douce and Belle Mare. Big Supermarkets and markets are in Flacq within 15 minutes drive from Palmar.
There is a long stretch of beach ( several kilometres) next to the complex, ideal for jogging or a relaxing walk. Bicycle renting facilities are
available.
