The space
Our 2BR / 2BA Rainforest Gem Casa Aracari is the perfect option for 2 couples or a small family traveling together, and seeking to explore this beautiful country.

From a fully equipped chef’s kitchen to memory foam bedding, every detail has been meticulously attended to.

There are 2 large air conditioned bedrooms with king beds, two full bathrooms, a private outdoor pool, which is perfect and refreshing after an adventure filled day!

Upon request, we can also arrange for a private chef to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for you.

A pack'n play and high chair are available upon request. See our amenities list for more details.

PLEASE NOTE -

The rates are designed to be more accessible for smaller groups and will vary depending on your # of guests - base rates apply for 1 or 2 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 3rd and 4th guest of $25+tax per person per guest. Please inquire for available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you.

Aracari Villa stands on a short, steep driveway which is why we recommend the use of SUVs & 4x4. Sedans and small cars are able to make it up the hill with enough force and a good driver ;)

Take out & delivery available from local restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores.

On call concierge service for any questions & concerns, tour & restaurant bookings or delivery requests 24/7.

Deep disinfectant cleaning before every check in. Additional free cleanings are available every other day or twice a week.

House keys can be picked up at our office or will be left at the guard station if you arrive after 4pm.

The Aracari Villa is part of the private gated community called Manuel Antonio Estates. Restaurants, grocery stores, fruit markets, souvenir shops and nightlife are all within a 0.5-3 mile range and easily accesible on foot, bus, taxi (24/7) or rental car.
The walk into downtown Quepos is 10-15 minutes, the bus stop to the beach is at a 5 min walk, and to get to the beach it's 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by taxi.

And this is Lola, our office cat who we adopted when she was 3 months old.
Together with her and Andrés, our concierge, we manage 10 homes and 9 condos here at "Manuel Antonio Estates", a private gated community located right in between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Our grounds are covered in luscious rain forest and wildlife like monkeys and exotic birds will be visible from your balcony or porch on a daily basis.
Keep in mind that our office is right here on site, so we will be able to help you with anything and everything including tours & activities, restaurant recommendations and general information on the area. We also have our rejuvenating Raindrop Spa right on site!

If you are looking for accommodation near the international airport SJO, we also manager a 4BR town home in an upscale area, our Casa Peces.
