We have Just one Bedroom in our home For "Airbnb", with a Queen Bed. It has it's own door leading to the Shared Bath. Air Conditioned, NETFLIX, Full use of Kitchen, Living Room & Lanai. WE HAVE 2 VERY FRIENDLY FUR BABIES. Free Use of Beach Gear, chairs, boogie boards.
(WALKER WITH SEAT, & BICYCLES FOR RENT) $20
30 minute to (Kualoa Ranch & Beach) , 5 min to Kailua's beaches, 30 min North Shore Beach & Polynesian Cultural Center.

The space
Smoking allowed on Lanai, but not in House. Attached Jack & Jill bathroom. (1 bathroom that has 2 doors to 2 different bedrooms)(Chase the host is the only other person that uses this Bathroom) OUR SHOWER IS A STEP DOWN (APPROX. 12" INCHES) might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues.
We have 2 bicycles (Beach Cruisers) you can rent from us for only $20 per Day, for both.

We have 3 Dogs all our Girls are friendly furry family members. We just ask you to be careful with closing the Gate when leaving, as to not let them out of the Property.
Parking is street parking, and there should be a space right in front of house.
If you need Late Check-Out on the day you leave, and we don't have anyone checking-in that Afternoon, We can offer you Late Check Out till 7:00 pm for $25.00.

We do, do stays of 5 days or more.
We are not a STR Short Term (Vacation) Rental, defined As rental stays less than 29 nights.
We have only one rental room and it can be for a 29 day contract, or more. Just ask for a special Price.

Chase’s home is located in a very safe Kailua neighborhood, Hawaii, United States.
We live about 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest Beach access, and 20 minutes walk from the Beautiful Kailua Town. Which has many Restaurants, Boutiques, Gift Shops, Thrift Shops, and Grocery Stores conveniently close. Even Whole Foods.
