Our apartment, surrounded by pine trees and a lovely flower garden, is 150 m walking distance from the beach. It is located in the beautiful Kazantzakis area which is an 8 min drive to the center. Refurbished in 2017, with a seperate entrance, you can find a mini-market nearby, and all the ameneties you need (wash/ machine, oven, fridge, A/C, utensils, WiFi, parking, etc.) . You can rest and relax as the grounds have a special ambience and a serene setting. Perfect for families and couples.

The space
The apartment has all the amenities you need, there is always shade on the patio so you can eat breakfast / lunch outside if you prefer. Likewise there is a brand new a/c although the house is very cool due to the architecture of the house, and the oven and washing machine are brand new also.

Our neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful. There are very nice restaurants nearby, and it's great for swimming, biking, and walking.
